You can't possibly care as much as you claim to.

We all know that person.

The person who's compassionate and cares about everything.

You know, from human rights to sea algae.

No matter what it is they give a damn.

They're self righteous zealots and nothing more.

The reason this bothers me so much is because most of these people don't know anything about the subjects they so fiercely invest themselves in.

They come off as stupid, but if you try to inform them you become a villain, a cruel shell of a human who "doesn't care"

If my choices are to "care" and act like you or not care and be a soulless bastard

you bet your ass I'm taking the latter.

Redneck gets in MY face about it...

Another Redneck threatens to join in on the looming conflict.

I guess what bothers me is the hive mentality of groups of similar people.

All they were doing was talking.

No one threw a single punch.

They weren't saying anything other than how "we don't want to fuck around"

it was 5 of us vs. these 2 rednecks...

The only reason I didn't hit him is because it's all about who hits who first.
